 THE KOEL RIVER(NORTH KOEL RIVER)

 
The JHARKHAND KOEL RIVER which is nationaly known as NORTH KOEL RIVER is rises from CHOTANAGPUR PLEATUE.

It is the water source of entire JHARKHAND.The KOEL RIVER connects place to place in JHARKHAND.It also connect the neighbour state like ORISSA , some place of BIHAR, also CHHATTISGARH.

The river sand make it different and unique from the other rivers.The sand looks bit like reddish in colour in which some small size of stones were found.These river sand is used in some constructions site for making house,buildings,rooms in towns…..

                              But apart from this,it is the great water source for the farmers who crop fields by watering in it.The farmers uses machines to watering their crop fields.

But in Summers, it seems like the river get dry about 50%.Because the temperature get high on the Summer days.But also after Summer,the river again fill up within few days when the rain starts in Rainy Season.

Also, the KOEL RIVER is a great place for picinic spot.The peoples enjoys their weekend with their families and friends at the KOEL RIVER spot.
